Rotary in Wendover and Rotarian Ricky Ahmed, owner of The Raj Restaurant in Wendover, are hosting a fundraiser dinner for WheelPower.
WheelPower is a national charity based in Stoke Mandeville Stadium, dedicated to providing opportunities for disabled people to find a sport they enjoy and provide opportunities throughout the year to introduce people to wheelchair sport.
In 2015, Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland agreed a formal partnership with WheelPower to help transform the lives of people with disabilities.
Our fundraising goal is to raise over £800 for sports equipment for a UK spinal injury unit.
£25 per person for a two course dinner at The Raj with tea and coffee to follow.
The Raj is fully licensed and a cash bar will be available.
We will be holding a raffle too!
All profits from ticket sales and the raffle will go to WheelPower.
Please arrive at 7.15pm for 7.30pm dinner.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Families are very welcome. Please note this event is held in a licensed venue.
