December Roti Club: Look Back, Step Forward Celebrating Life

Join us for a special end-of-year Roti Club celebration with Ahfia Ullah, a highly skilled Integrative Arts and Creative Play Therapist from Holding Hearts.

Ahfia’s work centres on Emotional Wellbeing and nurturing a healthy Relationship with Self. She supports children, adults, and families in building stronger, more connected relationships throughout life.

This month, Ahfia will guide us in understanding how the mind doesn’t always distinguish between reality and fantasy and how we can use this to create our own inner safe spaces.
