Routes to success: Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care

THIS IS A 2 DAY EVENT 9AM-5PM BOTH DAYS!

Intermediate Level Training - This is a two day workshop that focus on raising awareness of the principles of Palliative and End of Life Care and how these can be translated to and applied in any health care setting throughout our Island Community.

The course is framed by the Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care: A national framework for local action 2021-2026 - Ambitions for Palliative and End of Life Care framework

It sets out a vision to improve end of life care through partnership and collaboration between organisations at local level. The focus is on how these principles can be translated into practice no matter what the role of the individual.

Led by the Education Team with involvement of the multi-disciplinary team from Jersey Hospice Care with specialist skills, experience and training in palliative care. This course has been awarded CPD certification status.
