About this event

Join us every Friday as we live the Good Life by sowing, growing, and harvesting our own food. We have a growing space with accessible raised beds right next to the pavilion building. Not only will you learn about the joys of growing your own food but you will also make new friends and improve your health and wellbeing.

We also go for a nature walk around Rowheath Park whilst we immerse ourselves in the sights and sounds that this valuable green space has to offer. Birdsong ID walks are also undertaken along with traditional conservation activities.

For more information and to book your space please email Glenn - g.powell@tcv.org.uk
