We have a number of raised beds near to the main building where we enjoy growing fresh and tasty vegetables. The raised beds are at varying heights and take some of the strain out of gardening.

Grow Your Own Food

Join us every Friday as we live the Good Life by sowing, growing, and harvesting our own food. We have a growing space with accessible raised beds right next to the pavilion building. Not only will you learn about the joys of growing your own food but you will also make new friends, learn new skills, and the outddor life will lift your spirits. This session starts after the birdwatching walk.

Birdwatching

We start the day at 10am with a relaxed birdwatching walk around Rowheath Park. Together, we will learn to identify the resident birds by their songs. You will be surprised how quickly you will learn the songs and your new skills will give you extra confidence.

Binoculars are supplied for use.
