We are delighted to invite you to The Royal Bank of Scotland's annual Public Sector Conference on 4th February 2020, an excellent opportunity to meet with colleagues from across the Scottish Public Sector and hear informative presentations from expert speakers.
We are pleased to announce that our Keynote speaker will be Andrew Kerr, Chief Executive of the City of Edinburgh Council. Andrew was appointed Chief Executive in 2015 and has over 32 years experience working in the Public Sector.

- Colin Judge – ‘Project Bank Accounts’ Principal Advisor, Construction Procurement Policy, Scottish Government
- Dr Arthur Krebbers – ‘Sustainable Bonds’ Head of Sustainable Finance, NatWest Markets
- Iain Gulland – Chief Executive, Zero Waste Scotland
