Description

An afternoon of seminars at Royal Holloway’s Department of Politics and International Relations

Does Parliament matter? For what? What can studying Parliament teach us about how British politics works more generally? And what can we learn about the British Parliament by comparing it to legislatures across the world?

Join us as Royal Holloway’s Department of Politics and International Relations for a half-day of small seminars delivered by our academics introducing students to the study of politics at university.

Free. For students aged 16 to 18. No prior knowledge required. Designed to be useful for A-level course in Politics, but anyone considering politics at university is welcome. All tutors will be fully DBS checked, so although teachers are welcome to attend, students can come unsupervised.

Space is limited, so please note that if you register and are then unable to come we would love to know so that we can offer your place to someone else.
