Access outside of these booking slots cannot be guaranteed.
In the interest of public health, you will be permitted to bring a maximum of one companion, who given the current guidelines must be from the household in which you are residing, to help collect your belongings from accommodation.
On arrival at your residence, there is no requirement to proceed to Reception or advise staff of your arrival. Be aware that there are still students in residence.
Please:
• pay attention to any signage in place
• wash your hands regularly
• remember to check for any post before departing if you are expecting to have received post
• drop your keys (ideally in an envelope with your name on) at reception or through the letter box at reception if it is not open
If you have University library books to return, you may drop them off at your site reception.
To help us safely manage the collections process, you will need to book a slot at least 5 days in advance.
