Led by Virgin Active experts in strength, Pilates and nutrition, this event gives you the tools to elevate your training block and support long-term running health. Plus, you'll get a taste of one of our premium clubs (day passes worth £60!) with access to our pool, sauna, steam room, and recovery room.
