Find out about some of the architectural history and design principles embedded within Kensington Gardens, as we walk between the Italian Garden’s with its ornate Pump House, on to the Diane Memorial Fountain surrounded by sculptures and statues, before ending the tour at the Serpentine South where you’ll capture the contemporary architecture of Marian Tabassum’s 2025 Serpentine Pavilion.
Explore elements of the built environment withing nature and document your journey through photography. Build confidence in a new area or practice your photography skills on a group adventure through the park.

Anthony Palmer
Anthony Palmer is a photography tutor and an art and architecture educator. He graduated from the MA in Photography and Urban Cultures at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2013 and his research interests include the role of the image in architecture, urbanism and housing. Anthony is a member of London Independent Photography, and a contributor to RIBA's online collections database RIBApix.
