About this event
It is a jewel in the downtown of Rio de Janeiro, is a library and lusophone cultural institution.
Elected the fourth most beautiful library in the world by Time magazine, the Cabinet has the largest collection of Portuguese literature outside Portugal.
The intenal architecture is amazing with Neo-Manueliene style on the covers, wooden bookcases. The ceiling of the Reading Room has a beautiful chandelier and a skylight in iron structure.
