Description

The Royal Society are visiting the University on Thursday 2nd of May to talk about their funding opportunities and provide practical advice on how to put together a successful application.
The Royal Society funds research in the natural and physical sciences, including engineering, but excluding clinical medicine. The Society offers a variety of grants and research fellowships in the following categories:

  • Early Career Fellowships

  • Senior Career Fellowships

  • Industry, innovation and research capacity awards

  • International fellowships and awards

The event will also include presentations from two Royal Society funded fellows here at Liverpool and provides a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering applying to the Royal Society to ask questions about all aspects of the process.
