As part of the risk management support RPA members are invited to a workshop covering:

• The laws and risks associated with school trips, including a case study highlighting what can go wrong

• Procedures and control measures that need to be implemented to ensure the risks are reduced to an acceptable level

The workshop will be delivered by our risk management partner Willis Towers Watson who provides risk management support for all RPA members through audit, guidance and advice.

Course style and format:

Both workshops will start at 10:00am, but delegates must log onto the session at least 15 minutes before the start.

The workshop will be approximately 2 hours and will be delivered through a PowerPoint presentation, which includes a case study. Questions may be raised in the MS Teams throughout the session, and where appropriate, a response can be provided, or we may need to get back to you with further clarity. All Q&As raised in the chat will be published in the presentation slides. The presentation slides only become available when both the workshop dates in that month are completed.

Once the MS Teams Attendance analysis is complete, you will receive a separate email containing your CPD Recognition Award.

• Those with responsibilities for school trips

• Those with Facilities Management responsibilities
