The aim of this course is to arm you with strategies to involve and inform all members of your school community and work quickly and effectively towards the first stage of the Award, Bronze: Rights Committed.

Objectives of the course:

1. To know and understand the context and status of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child

2. To be empowered to talk about and promote rights with adults and children

3. To understand the process of becoming a Rights Respecting School

4. To identify initial actions to get your school to the first stage of the Award, Bronze: Rights Committed
