Creative Approaches to Public Service Design
The Tavern Room, RSA
Join us for the first meeting of our autumn/winter season, where we’ll be joined by Max Moullin, RSA Fellow and director of the Public Sector Scorecard Research Centre, Sheffield.
Over the summer, we have expanded our core group and developed plans for a further series of events, which will enable us to explore the theme of creativity in public services as well as allowing participants to debate and learn through different creative event formats.
This first event will enable participants to explore and practice using structured methods to develop and assess creative approaches to public service design and delivery. It will focus on three aspects: developing creative thinking to deliver better outcomes for users and other stakeholders including value for money; working across organisational and departmental boundaries; and how to create a culture of improvement, innovation, and learning rather than a top-down blame culture.
Any questions, email the acting network lead, Martin Wheatley: firstname.lastname@example.org
On signing up to this event you will automatically be added to the RSA Creativity in Public Services mailing list. If you do not wish to be added to the list, please let us know.
The RSA Fellowship is a network of people who support the RSA’s mission to enrich society through ideas and action. By participating in this event, you agree to the sharing of your name and organisation with other delegates so that they can contact you through MyRSA, our online platform: please follow the link to edit your profile and contact preferences. Your registration details will be displayed on this Eventbrite page as: forename, initial and organisation. If you do not wish your name and organisation to be shared, please contact: email@example.com.
