Event description

Description

We’re running an event in the build up to the Forest of Imagination aligned with the International Festival of Childhood and during the Bath School of Art & Design degree show and we’d love you to come and join us.

We have a panel of three experts who will take part in a discussion about the power of creativity in our lives. They are:

Nicky Dewer, Head of Learning, Crafts Council
Andrew Grant FRSA, RDI, Founder, Grant Associates and Co-Founder, Forest of Imagination
Dr Georgina von Erksdoff FRSA, RDI, Artist

Chair: Sarah Cowley
Co-hosts: Lou Matter and Penny Hay

It is proposed to be an 'in conversation' style event, with the panelists sharing their thoughts and experiences on key themes relevant to the RSA and the International Festival of Childhood - the power of creativity, the impact of culture, and playing with ideas creatively. There will be a set of questions posed to panelists over the course of the evening, with an opportunity for audience Q&A.

The event is being organised by RSA Fellows in collaboration with 5x5x5 creativity, Crafts Council, Holburne Museum, and Bath School of Art and Design, Bath Spa University.

Tickets are free: please sign up above and contact Lou with any questions: lou.matter@rsa.org.uk

To let us know of any access requirements or reasonable adjustments you have, please email the RSA team: networks@rsa.org.uk.
