On 6 December, the RSA Mindfulness Network will explore the Facts, Fiction and Fantasies surrounding the exploding mindfulness phenomena.
What happens to your brain, habits, and relationships when you practise mindfulness?
Can mindfulness make you a faster multi-tasker or more efficient at work?
Is mindfulness just a fad or is it here to stay?
Does mindfulness create passive employees who don’t question toxic situations?
Can mindfulness make the world a better place?
This RSA London Mindfulness Network event is open to those who are new to mindfulness, have an existing practice, or are simply curious about what mindfulness is and isn’t. As part of the meeting, we will also practise a mindfulness exercise and there will be opportunities for participants to network.
Tea and coffee will be available on arrival. This is a free event but please do register at the top of this page so we know that you will be joining us.
