To paraphrase Ashby’s Law of Requisite Variety: the variety of people in an organisation must at least reflect the variety of the market or public it is serving… Yet we have spent 250 years enforcing uniformity for the sake of speed and efficiency.
In this meeting we will explore how we can bring more of ourselves to work and how organisations need to change to get the best of our variety.
