About this event
This October, join Epping-area Fellows and friends at the historic Theydon Oak, a welcoming 18th-century country pub in the heart of Epping Forest. As autumn evenings draw in, join us to reconnect, spark ideas, and explore future collaborations within our local Fellowship.
This is an informal autumn gathering with a flexible agenda, hosted by your RSA Area Engagement Manager, Jess McMorrow, and incoming RSA Local Community Leader, Paul Mercer FRSA. We’ll update on RSA West Essex programme ideas so far, and hold space for collaborative planning, with a view to devise a programme that will bring positive benefits to our local communities.
In light of the RSA 2025 theme of social connections, we are holding space for you to make the conversations and connections.
This event is free to attend, and open to both Fellows and non-Fellows. However, registration is essential. Please RSVP by clicking the button above
Some Fellows will also be staying on for dinner afterwards. If you’d like to join, please confirm your attendance and dinner reservation by Friday 10th October, so that we can reserve places.
Venue details:
The Theydon Oak is a family-run free house with timber beams, two log-burning stoves, and an award-winning beer garden - perfect for a cosy autumn gathering. Light nibbles will be provided; drinks and additional food are available to purchase.
