For anyone who is working in Food and Drink Manufacturing, Catering and Hospitality.
This RSPH Level 2 in Understanding HACCP course introduces the concept of HACCP which helps the learner to develop an understanding of hazards, controls, monitoring and corrective action procedures for which they may be directly responsible in order to ensure effective food safety.
Online event with the trainer in person, so opportunities to ask questions and complete course activities.

Topics covered include:
The importance of HACCP - benefits, origins, legal requirements, due diligence.
To understand the fundamentals of HACCP - Hazards, Prerequisites, the process of developing HACCP based on CODEX HACCP Principles.
Assessment method: 20 multiple choice questions
Certificates issued by the RSPH
This RSPH Level 2 in Understanding HACCP training course is delivered online with the trainer.
You will attend training via a video conferencing platform, live with the HACCP trainer.
All the materials you need for the course will be emailed to you, or for a small fee, course material can be posted to you, if you do not have a printer. Please add on extra for printing and postage at check out if you require course material to be posted.
The exam will then be scheduled within a few days after course completion.
The exam is taken in person at our office near Clapham Junction station. We will schedule the exam date options with you after booking.
You will need to factor in about 1 hour to sit your exam
Exam papers are marked by the RSPH and results come back approximately 5-7 working days after your exam.
Successful candidates will recieve an accredited RSPH Ofqual qualification in Level 2 HACCP.
