Level 4 Managing Food Safety and Hygiene in Course delivered by Kitchen Tonic RSPH registered centre.

Level 4 Food Safety is ideal for anyone who is responsible (or going to be ) for food safety and hygiene in a catering business. Also suitable for food safety auditors, trainers and junior managers.

5 day training course, delivered online with the trainer. Candidates must attend training live, online with the trainer.

Cost £550pp plus £25 to cover printing and postage of course material

The exam is taken in person and a date for your exam will be scheduled with you, once you have completed all the relevant coursework.

Please note: This Level 4 Food Safety course requires substantial self-study, coursework, homework and exam revision to be completed outside of the course training sessions. Candidates will have time to prepare for the written exams (4 hours in total) between the end of the scheduled course dates and sitting the exam.

Exam dates are typically set 4 to 8 weeks after the completion of the online training sessions.

This is an intense advanced food safety course. There is a lot of course work to complete. Candidates attending this course, should be mindful that you will be expected to submit information the awarding body requires and complete all course and home work. Candidates should also set aside time for revising for the formal written exam. Candidates should schedule time outside of the dates and times for the online training to complete course related work and revision.


During the online training, candidates will be given breaks, inluding a break for lunch.
