RSPH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering course

Public classroom course - level 4 advanced food safety

6 day course with exam

13th, 14th, 15th, 18th and 19th Sept 2017

Exam: 16th Oct 2017

9-4:30pm daily

Prices: include exam fee, course book and certificate on passing

Suitable for those working in catering environments and hospitality.

Candidate requirements:

Highly recommended minimum prior knowledge to the level of the Level 3 Food Safety. Candidates should be able to analyse, interpret and evaluate complex material and relate it to their own food operation. If not candidates may have to attend for a pre course interview and test

You should have experience working in a food business.

Candidates should not enter or be entred with another awarding body for level 4 qualification in managing food safety in manufacturing. Candidates must book 7 working days before the start of the course. Candidates must also be prepared to put in study time outside the course, for answering set homework, reading around the subject and preparing for the exam papers.
