There will also be a series of drop-in 'TEDx' style talks taking place on the night on a range of subjects:
One-man band: Self-shooting observational documentaries - Bart Corpe, BAFTA winning Producer and Director (The Murder Detectives, Hunted)
Finding stories: Got the craft but stuck with what to film? Rachel Drummond-Hay, Company Director (Drummer TV)
Editor's Secrets: Life in Post Production - Glenn Rainton, Freelance Editor (Doghouse Post Production, Films@59 and more)
Pitching ideas: How to make them listen - Kate Thomas, Freelance Development Producer (BBC, Icon Films) and Melanie Rodrigues, Producer (BBC Studios, BBC News)
Breaking in: Transitioning from academia to industry - Hugo Pettitt, Researcher/AP (BBC Studios, BBC Documentaries)
Where's the work? TV CVs, freelancing and selling yourself - Sas Bonser, Talent Manager (BBC Bristol)
These talks will take place from 7-8.30pm and are DROP-IN ON THE NIGHT, you cannot pre-book, it will be first come first served.
Your ticket entitles you to a FREE DRINK ON ARRIVAL - then there will be a bar available.
The soundtrack to your evening will be hosted by Bristol's very own SLIX DISCO DJs and their eclectic selection of vinyl.
