Hosted by Sharon Kardam, Interim Talent Acquisition Lead at EasyJet.
Wouldn’t it be great if everyone within the organisation took Recruiting as seriously as us Talent Acquisition professionals? An organisation where everyone truly understands the importance of Talent Acquisition and is engaged and excited about attracting the very best talent available.
Some companies have ownership of recruiting running through their cultures – and where this exists, the difference is clear to see. Stakeholders see recruiting talent as a core part of their responsibilities and prioritise it as such. Employees act as brand ambassadors and talent scouts, taking pride in bringing great talent into the company. Many Talent Acquisitions functions however, have their work cut out in driving such ownership and accountability.
This Resourcing Think Tank offers members the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas with their peers from across the market on how to create environments where ownership of recruiting is shared across the organisation and everyone in equally invested. As well as practical steps such as creating brand advocates, this Resourcing Think Tank will look at how more complex schemes such as introducing ratings for hiring manager recruitment capability into annual reviews can impact Talent Acquisition.
