About this Event
ABOUT THE EVENT:
This October, Camelsdale School are opening their grounds for us to host our 5k and 10k running races to help raise much needed funds for the School. The routes will go out over the marvellous Marley Common to the beautiful Blackdown and revisit it all on the way to the finish.
There will be family fun for under 11s, food & drink stalls, music and plenty more.
ALL PROCEEDS GOING TO YOUR SCHOOL PTAs
WHY ENTER?
RUAlive want to help local communities feel alive while raising money for your school and local National Trust supporter groups. Our events for participants are a level playing field:
• We all have to put on our running shoes
• We all have to challenge ourselves mentally and physically to finish the run
• We all need time out from our daily lives and embrace nature
What a way to start a new decade by launching our inaugural event to escape into nature, enjoy the views and companions you encounter along the way.
