This is a seated to standing class ideal for those who want to keep active and have fun moving along to music of their choice. The class is a combination of seated and standing exercises, offering adaptations when needed. This class aims to improve flexibility,mobility, stamina, balance, co-ordination, all whilst moving along to your favourite songs!
