Join us for a captivating and immersive storytelling experience of the highly acclaimed story book, Ruby's Worry! This workshop aims to use the story as a springboard to initiate conversations around worries and anxiety with gentle guidance rooted in Islamic values. With creative activities for 4-6yr olds and sensory based mindful play for 3yr olds, this unmissable workshop is designed to promote emotional awareness and healthy self expression to help young minds navigate their inner world with faith and confidence!
Exclusive Adults Workshop!
An opportunity for parents to take part in an open discussion on childrens mental health. Led by CAMHS (child & adolescent mental health services) lead nurse, Alya Sadique, this insightful workshop aims to educate and equip parents using both theory and practical methods to help you confidently manage your children's big feelings.
Light refreshments will be served at the end of the session
