Event description

Description

A complete toast to all things Rum and Reggae, this event will feature an amazing selection of rums to get your taste buds tingling! We also have some incredible live steel pan band action from Real Steel, and drum workshops from Shumba Arts.

Worked up an appetite with all that dancing? Don't worry! We have the most delicious and authentic Caribbean food on hand, ready to refuel your fire...

We're also delighted to announce that the VERY talented Reggae singer Marley White will be joining us.

The Rum, Drums & Reggae Festival will be held in the incredible grounds of Mount Edgcumbe Artist's Platt, overlooking the beautiful Plymouth Sound for the perfect chilled summer vibes.

There will be lots of chance to try the Rums on offer, and even buy some to take home.
There will also be lots of local and independent businesses offering jewellery, clothing and beauty to name just a few...

What to expect:

  • Rum & Coke on arrival
  • Live music
  • Caribbean street food
  • Rum distillers
  • Rum and cocktail bar
