1) What is your refund policy?

a. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.


2) What is your entry policy?

a. At The Copper Moon Bar, we will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at Rum & Reggae Festival Torbay at Lupton House. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.


b. Please note you may be searched on entry to the event site. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. We will be operating a zero-tolerance policy on drugs/legal highs and violence. Should anybody be caught in possession of the following prohibited items you will be removed from the event and could incite further law enforcement action. The same applies for any acts of violence on staff, members of the public, the property or yourself, this will result in immediate detention, and further legal action will be taken.


c. The below items are prohibited:

i. Illegal drugs or psychoactive substances, laughing gas/NOS, Chinese lanterns, Fireworks/flares, smoke canisters, camping gas canisters, beanbags, glass of any kind, drones, laser equipment or pens, paint spray cans, klaxons, air horns, megaphones (or any other similar items capable of making loud noises), personalised motor vehicles (unless a mobility scooter), knives, hammers, sharp objects, needles, or any drug paraphernalia. 3) Will there be a Licenced Bar?

a. At The Copper Moon Bar, we will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at Rum & Reggae Festival Torbay at Lupton House. 4) Photography/Filming/Recording

By attending the Rum & reggae Festival at Lupton House, Torbay. You and any other patrons understand and agree to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded in relation to the event and/or safety and security, including being filmed by the police. You and other patrons understand and agree that the resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or audiovisual recordings may be used in any media for any purpose at any time throughout the world (however, you may object to such use by specific request to jo@missivyevents.co.uk)


5) Is the location wheelchair accessible?

a. Yes, you will be able to access the event in a wheelchair, please note though that the event will be on grass.


6) Can I bring children to the event?

a. Yes the event is open to all ages and Children are permitted at the event. However, all Children must be always accompanied by an adult. There are a selection of children’s tickets available to purchase. Ticket holders under the age of 18 can only enter the festival with the person who purchased their ticket i.e. their parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian. Any under 18 ticket holders attempting to enter the festival without this person will be denied entry to the festival. For safety reasons, any persons attempting to enter the festival with a Child or Teen Ticket holder that they are not the parent, legal guardian or nominated guardian for will be denied entry.


7) Can I bring my own food and drink to the event?

a. You will not be permitted to bring in any food or drink (aside from unopened plastic bottled water any form of glass is NOT PERMITTED). Random bag searches will be performed on entry. Should you have any dietary requirements that means you will have to bring food with you, please email us directly to jo@missivyevents.co.uk . So we can note and inform entry staff and ticket/ bag checks of any dietary exemptions.


8) Can I park at the event?

a. Yes, there is parking available in the field, across from the main entrance gates to Lupton House. You will need to acquire parking permits prior to the event. The parking permits will be released in the New Year and the relevant information on how to do this will be emailed to ticket purchasers when it is available.


9) Can I camp at the event?

a. Unfortunately, this year camping is not available. However, the event location is on the main Brixham-Newton Abbot Bus route (No.12), which operates until 1130pm and pick up can be found directly outside the main entrance gates to Lupton House. There are many holiday parks and BnB’s within the direct vicinity of the event, or found at multiple points on this bus route, should you wish to stay overnight.
