All Ages & Abilities Welcomed
Sessions will be CIRCUITS-based with an emphasis on training for running prowess so don't worry if you're an absolute beginner, I look after you as individuals in the group which is why I've kept it to 8 : )
Let's get those endorphins rushing this winter as a small and friendly running pack.

Run Club SE16 is suitable for ALL ages & abilities and is aimed at beginners/improvers!
You'll be focussing on:-
- suitable warm-ups & cool downs
- core strength
- flexibility
- running drills & plyometrics
- progressive strategy to build strength, speed & endurance
- total beginners to advanced catered for in the sessions
- all above leads to injury prevention and extra NOT less energy
The sessions are NOT FOUCSSING ON DISTANCE / SPEED but rather good form using holistic tools from Amanda's Personal Training and Yoga qualifications.

Amanda York has raced in 5km, 10km, half marathon & the London Marathon events and is a fully insured & qualified Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer.
Amanda will travel within London to lead Run Club in another location with a minimum of 6 participants and also offers combined or separate PT/Yoga on a 1:1 basis to assist with your running goals; please contact her to discuss:-
