looking to try something new this year? our run club is designed to be a fun community run for all levels, weekly runs with a goal to reach 5k. + refuel at deptford's healthest new spot.

start: 7:00am - bag drop @ naked (deptford market yard)

run: 5k loop circuit around deptford & greenwich.

refuel: 8:00am - functional juices / shakes / coffee / brunch at naked.

everyone welcome: no pressure to join, friendly non-competitive run, walking + taking breaks included - this is a place to feel safe, exercise and get healthy.
