Do I need to be good at running?

No - not at all. All levels are welcome! We run at a conversational pace, and then we stop and collect the group at various points in the run!

Can I leave stuff in the cafe while I run?

Yes! You are welcome to leave your belongings at the cafe. Space is limited so please be mindful of what you bring.
