Join us for a focused, hands-on workshop tailored for runners of all levels—from casual joggers to seasoned racers. Learn about common injuries and how to avoid them with expert guidance from Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist Anja and MSK Physiotherapist James.
You’ll get practical strategies you can use right away, plus the unique opportunity to speak directly with professionals who specialise in treating sports injuries.
Who Is This For?
This session is ideal for recreational and competitive runners who:
• Want to avoid common injuries like Achilles tendinopathy or runner's knee
• Are preparing for a race or recovering from a previous injury
• Are seeking expert insight to prevent injuries

Workshop Faculty
Led by James, Msk Physiotherapist with experience in injury rehab, and Anja, Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist specialising in injury care and recovery. Both bring extensive hands-on experience and a passion for empowering runners.
Important Note
This session will involve light movement, please wear suitable clothing and footwear. Spaces are limited - early booking is strongly advised.
Photography and Filming take place during events, workshops and gallery opening times. Please let us know if you do not want to be on film. All material captured is used for either our social media or future promotion.

This workshop is ideal for runners of all levels—whether you're training for a race, recovering from injury, or looking to prevent common issues like Achilles tendinopathy or runner’s knee. Recreational and competitive runners are welcome.
Just bring yourself! Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for light movement are recommended.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The workshop starts promptly at 6:45 PM, so we suggest arriving early to get settled and meet your fellow runners.
There are limited parking spots at the O2 near The Firepit. We strongly recommend using public transport—North Greenwich station on the Jubilee line is just a short walk away.
