A good pair of running shoes and clothing for the conditions on the day is all you need. Please come prepared for all weathers - we're in Scotland and the West Coast after all. Minimum shuld include Waterproof jacket, personal first aid meds, trail shoes, snacks, hydration vest with 1L of water.

Is there an age limit?

There is no upper limit! Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Will I be fit enough?

Please select the time that best suits your running ability/fitness. The workshop details how far and long you should to be comfortable running and we encourage all abilities to join. The run will involve stops as we discuss things along the way and to allow re-groups.
