Phil Roberton – Flawed Hero
Phil Roberton is a transformational coach and founder of Flawed Hero, a platform dedicated to helping people embrace imperfection and live with purpose. With a background in elite sports, education, and personal development, Phil combines lived experience with powerful coaching tools to guide others through meaningful change. His approach is grounded, authentic, and deeply human—focusing on growth through challenge, recovery, and connection. Through Flawed Hero and beyond, he supports individuals and groups to break patterns, build resilience, and step fully into life.
Chris Wimshurst – Bearwolf Coaching
Chris Wimshurst has been coaching since 2018, combining his background in business psychology, cognitive behavioural coaching, and breathwork to help people reconnect - with themselves, their values, and the natural world.
Chris’s style is grounded, compassionate, and real. He believes in self-kindness, resilience, and the power of getting outside. This isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal, practical, and rooted in a deep understanding of how we grow, heal, and move forward.

His sessions strip back the layers, encouraging full-body presence, vulnerability, and release. Through conscious breath, cold exposure, and authentic connection, James supports others in moving through fear, anxiety, and self-doubt to rediscover inner peace. His mission: to show that true strength lies in being unguarded, grounded, and fully human.
