This course is open to anyone who can run for 30 minutes and would like to continue to meet up with a group to either go for a 30-40 minute run or do some intervals. The aim will be to help you keep up your regular running routine, run with friends and to get faster, fitter and stronger. It is the ideal session for anyone who has recently completed a Couch to 5k course, or returning to running and can run for 30 minutes.
Sessions run from 7.15 to 8.15pm
Course runs for 11 weeks from 16th January to 27th March
Open to anyone aged 16 plus.
The sessions are led by a qualified Leader In Running Fitness.
This courae is FREE due to our wonderful volunteer leader.
If you are a fast, strong runner then we would recommend that you join one of our fantastic running clubs in Bristol, these include Bristol & West AC, Westbury Harriers, Southville Running Club and Just Jog.
These sessions are co-ordinated by Bristol City Council.
