Run4Life 5k to 70 minutes. South Bristol Running Course Mondays

Are you comfortable running 5k but would like to run the Bristol 10k on 7th May?
Can you run for 35 minutes without stopping but would like it to feel easier, for you to feel stronger and for you to get a little faster and to run 10k? (Please note if you 'race 5ks', then your local running club would suit you much better).
Running is great, but meeting other people and being able to share your newfound hobby is even better!!!
- Sessions start at 6.30pm, giving you time to get back from work/ put the kids to bed first.
- Aged 16 plus, so feel free to bring your teenager and do the course together!!
- Starts Monday 6th March, running until Monday 1st May (9 weeks). The course will run through the Easter School holidays, so if you are away, just take your trainers with you.
The 1 hour sessions will start with a warm-up and some mobilisation to get you ready and then a mixture of different runs over the weeks to help you get fitter and stronger, ending with a cool down and a stretch. At the end of the course the group may choose to take part in the Brisol 10k (no need to enter yet) or organise a social run together. Feel free to ask your leader any questions at any time. You will be provided with a running plan, and will need to do 2 more runs a week to help you get to your goal.
So sign up today, and tell your friends. All you need is a pair of trainers!!
This course costs £15 per person. Please bring this with you on the first night of the course.
