Please choose the correct ticket for your course when you are registering

Beginner Course: Zero to 35 minutes (term time) £20 - course cancelled

Have you ever wanted to be able to run? Does being able to exercise for FREE anytime, anywhere appeal? Does running just seem a bit too hard? Have you struggled to find a group to join due to timing being difficult?

*12 week running course aimed at complete beginners (Intro session plus 11 weeks).

**Tuesdays 9.30am, starting 9th January, running until Tuesday 20th March 2018. (10 group sessions - Half term and the first week of the Easter holidays you can join one of our friendly evening courses if you would like a group session)

The sessions last an hour, starting with a warm-up and some mobilisation, then a combination of running and walking, ending with a cool down and a stretch. At the end of the course the group will take part in a local 5k together. You will be provided with a running plan, and will need to aim to do 2 more run-walks (homeworks) a week. Why not meet up with one of your new running buddies and tackle it together?

Improve your 5k - Following the Run4Life 9 week course designed to help you improve your 5k. Find other running buddies and become fitter, faster and stronger

*Tuesdays 10.30am Eastville Park (term time) £18 for 9 wks. Starts 9th Jan

Running Fitness - A varied weekly session of strength and conditioning exercises, specific to running to include a short running circuit.

*Wednesdays 9.30am Eastville Park (term 1 10th Jan– 7th Feb) £2 PAYG. Starts 10th Jan

**Aged 16 plus

*****The group meet at Eastville Park, the main entrance by the traffic lights at the bend of Fishponds Road opposite the Petrol Station.


You will be given access to our friendly Run4Life Bristol Facebook group - a closed supportive community for all past and present course members. (when the course starts)

So sign up today, and tell your friends. All you need is a pair of trainers!!

Please note registrations will not open until Boxing Day (26th December), 9am. Please only register if you are keen to attend this course as places are limited. Pay on first session, except for Running Fitness which is weekly

We coordinate free beginners running courses (13 plus) and encourage people to keep on running through meeting up socially either informally or with one of our social run volunteer led groups or joining one of our affiliated low cost self-funded Improvers courses (16 plus).

We have had 1000s of people graduate from our courses over the last 3 years.
