A social run for Run4Life members. This is a 30-40 minute run suitable for any Run4Lifer who can run for 30 minutes. Come down and join others for a weekly run to keep you motivated and enjoying running, meet up with old friends and make new friends.
Aged 14 plus, so feel free to bring your teenager and join in together!!
Starts Tuesday 13th September and running weekly - keep an eye on the Facebook group for any additional information during the week..
The group meet under the canopy at St Bede's School Sports Centre
The sessions last an hour, starting with a warm-up and mobilisation to get ready for the run and ending with a cool down and stretch.
So sign up today, and tell your Run4Life friends. All you need is a pair of trainers!! You only need to sign up once to the first session that you are planning on attending.
These sessions are being run for FREE thanks to our wonderful Run4Life Volunteer, and are supported by Bristol City Council ;-)
