Whether you are just starting on your running journey or an experienced runner it is key to understand how your body moves.

As a runner you don't need to be especially flexible - a normal range of motion in all of the major joints is sufficient to support efficient running movements but we are all subject to the movement restrictions that daily life, repetitive training and injury can inflict upon us. That lack of mobility leaves us open to injury and prevents us from moving optimally. This also means that elusive PB is further out of reach.

The Rehab Hub, in partnership with New Horizons Running School, can help you to understand how your body moves and whether you have any restrictions that hinder and potentially pose a risk to your running.

This fun and interactive 90 minute workshop will help you gain this understanding and look at what can be done to help you move better. You will be working in pairs, so bring a running buddy but if you're on your own that's no problem at all.
