How to Run a Successful Charity or not-for-profit group: Essential Governance & Best Practices

Running a charity or social enterprise comes with responsibilities, but with the right knowledge, you can lead with confidence! This interactive and practical session, led by governance expert Mike Allen, will help trustees, committee members, and volunteers understand:

  1. Key legal and financial responsibilities
  2. Best practices for good governance
  3. How to manage risks and compliance
  4. Where to access ongoing support and resources

Engage in discussions, ask questions, and connect with others in the sector! All attendees will receive a post-session guide to support their learning.

With years of experience advising charities across the Thames Valley, Mike brings real-world insights to help you navigate the complexities of running a non-profit successfully.
