Running an effective trustee board

Who is it for?

This workshop is aimed at trustees from community organisations both those new to the role and those seeking a refresher.

A Charity’s trustee board have a variety of responsibilities to undertake, which may carry liabilities if not fulfilled.

This short webinar explores those liabilities, giving guidance and recommendations about how the trustee board can manage itself effectively.

Registration is usually limited to two bookings per organisation please contact CCVS if more spaces are required. Priority is given to organisations who serve residents of Cambridgeshire please contact us if this does not apply but you wish to attend
