About this Event

I have been coaching running form for over 12 years and in this very concentrated session we work through the basic ideas of what makes good running form. The whole point and stress is to make you feel lighter and more relaxed when you are running and yes, a little faster as well. Standby for body sensing drills bringing an awareness to your running movement with lots of mini intervals to help you get a sense of what it feels like to run lighter and more relaxed.

This is an ideal session for new runners, injured runners or runners who feel something is 'missing about their running' and yet still turn up to run every week to club sessions or local groups. The level of exertion is easy to moderate so please do not worry! This is a stripped down version of the three hour workshop hence the price but there will be one handout emailed with some key advice and always the opportunity to come back for a 1-2-1.
