Running Goals: Running coaching taster session (beginners)

Running Goals is a running coaching company covering the Wirral, Liverpool & Merseyside areas.
We offer 1-2-1 sessions across the Wirral making the most of the area’s county parks, trails and beaches, and if you want to improve your speed we also offer sessions on an Athletics track.
Our coaches are all experienced runners who regularly compete in races around the country in Cross Country, Athletics and Road events, and all possess a minimum of the UKA Leadership in Running Fitness coaching qualification.
This taster session is aimed at people who would like to start running, but are not experienced runners. Meet outside the Guild at 12.20 for a 12.30 set-off.
