Running Technique & Sprint Workshop
Sprint & Flo is a coached running workshop designed to help you improve your running technique, coordination and sprint mechanics.
This 90-minute session will cover:
- Running and sprint drills
- Technique-focused movement patterns
- Agility, coordination and stride work
- A short sprint set to bring it all together
The session is suitable for all abilities whether you’re new to sprinting, running or simply want to improve how you move when you run any distance
Expect a supportive, inclusive environment with plenty of coaching cues and individual feedback.
Spaces are limited to keep the session personal.
All attendees will also receive a small Sprint & Flo goodie bag at the end of the session ☺️
Meet Up point: Please arrive by 10:45am ready to start 11am in the stadium entrance for Mile End Athletics Track.
