Frequently asked questions

What should I bring to the workshop?

Clothing suitable for light exercise (and the British weather!) and a water bottle. I'll also provide some snacks and hot/cold drinks.

I'm currently injured, can I still come?

Absolutely. It's likely that you won't be able to do the drills, but hopefully you'll be ok for most of the strength and mobility sections. You'll also hugely benefit from learning about the biomechanical principles.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue
