Fun filled, informative, and insightful Running Workshops to help you learn, understand, and enjoy your running journey!

These workshops will be inclusive to runners of all abilities and distances, if you want to learn and grow as a runner, then they are for you!

Luke will be covering some of the key elements that everyone needs to address when looking at their running, whether it be for perfomance or simply for fun!

There will be opportunities to try products at the workshops, and everyone who attends will receive an amazing Virtual Goodie Bag where you can redeem loads of amazing products, and discount codes.

Finally, all those attending a workshop go into the draw to win a swag of free products from brands Luke works with.


*** For all workshops, bring running kit, water, snacks and a change of clothes if you like. Showers are available with towels and all toiletries supplied.



2) Strength Training for Runners

Information
Should we be spending time in the gym between our runs, or should we use this time to simply run?
Luke talks through how to use specific strength exercises to enhance your running perfomance, and why mobility is important to increasing your strength for running.
Everyone who attends will leave with a mini strength training workout that can be done in their own home!

* After a 30-40 minute guided easy run, everyone will be taken through a range of exercises which can be used to help enhance running perfomance, before Luke chats with everyone about how to progress them in your own time.
* This will be an interactive workshop, questions are encouraged!

3) Running & Recovery

We all want to recover quicker and more efficiently after our runs, during this workshop Luke will talk about his recovery routine, and why recovery is so important!
Stretching, foam rolling, massage, cryotherapy, sleep, and food all play a part in Luke's routine, and you will get to use one of Luke's favourite recovery products, the vibrating foam roller from pulseroll.

* After a 30-40 minute guided easy run, everyone will begin to learn new ways to recover, while Luke guides everyone through each practise.
* This will be an interactive workshop, questions are encouraged!


4) Mindset Running - use your mind to power your running!

Whether it's the final stretch of a 5k, the last two miles of a marathon, or during an ultra, we all struggle with the mental battle of staying positive, and at times, taking that next step.
Luke has been at breaking point many times during his running adventures, but has always found a way to continually put one foot in front of the other; in this workshop he is going to teach you how he does it!

* After a 30-40 minute guided easy run, everyone will here some stories of how Luke has used his powerful mindset to overcome obstaces and adapt to setbacks. After story time (Luke has several untold stories to share as well) everyone will then be guided through ways of creating your own powerful mindset, with some exercies to use while out training or racing!
* This will be an interactive workshop, questions are encouraged!

1) Real Food Running Nutrition

Information
Learn how to fuel your training and racing with actual real food, not the horrible processed, highly inflammatory "sports nutrition" that has smothered the world of running.
Learn some of the latest science surrounding ways to eat pre/during/after your runs, and we will even discuss hydration, portability, and simple ways to make your own energy bars!

* After a 30-40 minute guided easy run, everyone will receive a quick sports nutrition 101 lesson before Luke and the team from 33shake to clear up some of the murky waters of sports nutrition, while sampling some great tasting products from 33Shake as well.
* This will be an interactive workshop, questions are encouraged!
