This session will be about mapping resident experiences, looking at the barriers that residents may have and discussing what can be done to remove these barriers. An external speaker (TBC) will host and facilitate the event - keep your eyes peeled for more information. This is aimed at colleagues across the orgaisation, from all types of services.
Once you have registered for this event, you will be sent an email with the joining information. You will also be able to add it to your Outlook calendar this way.
