STOP PRESS: Due to massive demand, we have released a few more tickets for our Carol Service. However, you will not be able to book more than 2 per family as we need to ensure that all COVID and fire regulations are met.

At the present time we are pleased to be able to invite you to attend the Christmas Carol service which will be held at school in St Johns Church and includes all pupils from Year 5 to 13. Due to limited numbers at the venue please book your tickets now.

We are working within the Welsh Government guidelines for events and it is important that anyone planning to attend is aware of the following:

· We will require all non-staff adults (18+) to present an NHS Covid Pass ( link to information ) or proof of a recent (within 24 hours) negative Covid test result

· We ask that all visitors aged 12+ wear a face covering whilst attending the event, unless they are exempt for medical reasons (please have your exemption lanyard or paperwork with you)

· Hand sanitiser can be found at all entry points and within the building, we encourage you to use this as you enter

· We have limited seating available at the event and that is why you must book online, please have your eventbrite bar code ready at the door, either on your phone or pre-printed. Information obtained upon booking is subject to GDPR regulations but will be available for Test, trace and Protect purposes. Data will be destroyed after 21 days.

· Our venue has been fogged prior to the event and seats will be wiped down before the performance

· Where possible windows and doors will be open to increase ventilation. This may make the venue cooler than usual and you may want to bring along an extra layer of clothing

· Most importantly if you are experiencing any of the identified COVID-19 symptoms it is very important that you do not attend the performance.

If Government guidelines change we will update parents accordingly. We hope that everyone adheres to the guidelines as these are in place to help keep everyone safe; the staff and pupils have worked very hard to ensure that the events will be enjoyed by all.
