Step into the second workshop of this transformative series, where we continue our journey to reconnect with the sacred energy of your chakras. In this empowering session, we will focus on the Sacral Chakra – the center of your creativity, passion, and emotional expression. Through guided meditation and mindful breathwork, you’ll cultivate awareness of the Sacral Chakra, allowing you to reconnect with its fluid and dynamic energy. As you explore its influence, you’ll uncover how it impacts your emotional well-being, creativity, and relationships, helping you embrace a deeper sense of joy and authenticity.

In this session, you will set a personal intention to activate and nurture the energy of your Sacral Chakra, aligning with your desires for emotional healing and creative empowerment. The experience will culminate in a soothing sound healing journey, where the therapeutic vibrations will support you in releasing emotional blocks, clearing obstacles, and reigniting your creative flow.

While this workshop can be experienced as a standalone, it also invites you to continue your chakra journey, unlocking deeper layers of healing and self-awareness in the months ahead.

What To Bring: Your personal comfort is essential for a deeper experience. Please bring any supports that help you feel relaxed and at ease. This may include cozy clothing, warm socks, extra blankets, pillows, an eye mask, (bolsters, yoga mats and ablanket are provided), a water bottle, and a journal for capturing insights.

  • This will be a small group of maximum 6 people, advanced booking is essential
  • Please arrive at 9.50am for a prompt 10am start - the agreed start time will be honoured and late comers will not be permitted to disturb the space
  • Please do not arrive before 9.50am while the space is being prepared
  • Please refrain from wearing any scented fragrances
  • The studio is located upstairs without any lift access
  • The workshop will be conducted in both sitting and lying down on the floor
